Banana Walnut Bark.

One of my favorite flavors to add to any baked good is banana. Throughout the years, I've experimented with banana bread, banana cookies, and most recently, banana nut bark. I rarely work with white chocolate, however, I thought that white chocolate would pair perfectly with semi-sweet chocolate, bananas, and walnuts. So, I put it all together to form one perfect little creation, which turned out better then I thought.

Banana Nut Bark:

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, melted.
about 25-30 banana chips.
1/4-1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
1/4 chopped walnuts.
3 tbsp. hard chocolate shell.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt semi sweet chocolate chips. Pour onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and spread evenly. Place banana chips evenly throughout the melted chocolate. Sprinkle on white chocolate chips. Drizzle more semi sweet chocolate if desired. Sprinkle on walnuts. For the final touches, I added a light drizzle of hard chocolate shell (the one we all love on our ice cream!). Place in fridge until firm and hard enough to break apart. When finished... INDULGE!
